My role changed but the interface did not

Sign out and sign in again. Role changes take effect on a new authenticated session.

I cannot open a course

Students need an approved membership. Check whether the join request is pending, rejected, or removed. Teachers and administrators must be assigned to manage a course.

Chat is disabled

Chat is available only in published lessons and requires a healthy configured provider. Archived courses and draft lessons do not allow new chats.

A material is not available

Processing may still be queued or may require staff review. Students can use only published, ready materials in published lessons.

I cannot submit an assignment

Confirm that the assignment is published, its due date still permits submissions, the course is active, and the selected file type and size are allowed.
